Dr. Cognetta is one of the nation's leading dermatologists and founder of Dermatology Associates of Tallahassee. He is an associate professor of dermatology and Clinical professor and Chief of the Division of Dermatology at FSU College of Medicine. He specializes in early detection and treatment of skin cancer and is a fellowship director at the American College of MOHs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology.

Dr. Shore is the Medical Director for the Carolina Urologic Research Center. He has conducted more than 350 clinical trials focusing on GU Oncology and serves on executive boards including the Society of Urologic Oncology and Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network. A graduate of Duke University and Duke Medical School, he has more than 200 peer reviewed publications.

Dr. Heldreth is a board-certified oncologist for Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute. He received his medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine and completed his fellowship in Medical Oncology at the University of South Florida. He frequently serves as a sub-investigator for Phase 1, 2 and 3 clinical trial research studies.

Dr. O'Shaughnessy is considered one of the top three experts in breast cancer in the United States. She is Co-Chair of Breast Cancer Research and Chair of Breast Cancer Prevention Research at Baylor-Sammons Cancer Center and US Oncology Network, and a member of the Scientific Advisory Board for US Oncology Research Network.

Dr. Patrick is Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer. He earned his MD from the Medical College of Virginia (now VCU). He is a board certified and practicing anesthesiologist, Chairman of the Medical Committee directing clinical trials, and serves on the Board of Directors of Diverse Biotech.

Michael Vaughn, MD, PhD

Dr. Vaughn is Director of Clinical Development. He earned his PhD at the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at VCU. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Allergy & Immunology. In 2023 he was selected by his peers as one of San Antonio's Best Doctors.
